What is a Pyscho therapy session like?
Therapy is a process of interaction between client and therapist, no TV or movie therapist ever asks about what is not going right. Here therapist has complete knowledge of personality’s origin & development of conscious, unconscious, subconscious mind.

Therapist changes cognitive function ( disorders of thinking), affective functions (suffering from emotional discomforts), or behavioural functions (inadequacy of behaviour ) by logical method of treatment .Helps in avoiding emotional explosions, Improves Self Projection Skills , creates high self -esteem and motivates.

Trained therapist reads the subconscious mind where people suppress all positive and negative past, when required they use selective experience by the conscious mind. When the conscious mind sends unhelpful and undesired values to be stored in the subconscious, this results in a habit.

How many sessions will I need?
Sessions are conducted on a weekly basis, with severely disturbed clients seen more frequently in the beginning. Much of the therapy is short term treatment , this requires 7 to 8 sessions

Psycho therapy was the first school developed analysis of the id, ego and superego .
